We had a wonderful stay with a suite that was recently renovated and had a stunning view of the nearby volcanic lake. The hotel staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, providing us with a warm and welcoming atmosphere from the moment we arrived. We enjoyed delicious food at the hotel's restaurant, and the surrounding area was perfect for walking and hiking.

It's a shame that one of the facilities could use an upgrade.

The location couldn't be better, with the scenic volcanic lake just steps away from the hotel. Our suite had a modern touch to it and we enjoyed the stunning view of the lake. the staff were friendly and their hospitality was outstanding. We also found the food to be of top-notch quality.

Although the staff were helpful, there were times when we had to wait a bit longer for service.
